  • Give triathlons a "tri" in this safe, fun and supportive atmosphere or as and off-season challenge for the experienced triathlete!
  • This event consists of 20 minutes of lap swimming, 20 minutes on a stationary bike and 20 minutes on a treadmill.
  • Your goal is to see how far you can go in those twenty minutes!

    20 minute indoor cycle
    20 minute run on state-of-the-art treadmills
