2012 St.Vincent Health Triathlon at Lawrence:

  • Race #2 in the Triton Brewing Indiana Triathlon Series
    • Course Info:

    Swim:
  • The 350 yard swim will be in the Benjamin Harrison YMCA pool.
  • Participants will snake swim and will be seeded by their estimated 350 yard swim time given on the registration form.

    Bike:
  • The 11 mile bike course will take participants through the beautiful Fort Benjamin Harrison.
  • The course will have a few small hills and will present a challenging yet fun bike.
  • It is a double loop that will start and finish at the YMCA.

    Run:
  • The 3.1 mile run will leave transition at the YMCA and will be on the surrounding roads.
