Description:	This will be a run-swim-run-swim-run-bike-run event held at the Eagle Rock Resort Sept 16th 2012. Course Description: 1 Mile run from the transition area to the crystal clear spring fed lake. .6 Mile triangular swim. 1 Mile run to next lake swim. This time entering from the beach. .6 Mile triangular swim. 4.9 Mile run back to bike transition area. 56 Mile bike 6.2 mile run. This is a 2 loop 3.1 mile course, partially held on an off road trail.
