| Ladies, these are your races! A 250 yard pool swim, 10 mile road bike, and 2 mile run gets you to the Girls Gone Tri finish line. This is a great triathlon for first-timers and a prefect way to hone your skills for the 2012 multisport season. | | |

| The race starts at 8:00 a.m. and finishes at the Bluffton/Beaufort County Pool, 55 Pritchard Street, Bluffton, SC 29910. The swim is 250 yards in the safe confines of the pool. Each person will swim 5 lanes up and back. Each lane is 25 yards. You'll swim 50 yards per lane (25 up/25 back). Each person will go off at intervals of a few seconds apart in time trial fashion. The bike is out to "new Bluffton" on paved roads, and back. The run is 2 miles through Old Town Bluffton! | | |
