The Niantic Bay Triathlon is a flat, sprint distance race with a 1/2-mile swim, 12-mile bike, and 3.5-mile run. The entire race is at sea level.
Start Time: 7:30 am at McCook Beach Park, Niantic

Swim:
The open water swim is a loop course in Niantic Bay, an ocean bay with no waves or strong currents.
Bike:
The bike ride a 12 mile loop through scenic East Lyme with water views and shaded streets.
Run:
The run is 3.5 miles in distance through the beach community of Niantic.
Mostly paved roads with a spectacular run across the Bluff to a beach finish.
