The Amica 19.7 Ocean Beach Triathlon is a flat, sprint distance race. Entire race is at sea level.
Swim: ½ mile open water bay swim with a special “first timers” wave
Bike: bike course is 16.1 mile loop along oceanfront in New London and Waterford
Run: loop of 3.1 miles completely along an oceanfront boulevard lined with spectacular homes. A spectacular beach finish caps off a perfect race.

Located at the foot of Ocean Avenue in New London, Ocean Beach Park provides an outstanding venue for the Amica 19.7 Triathlon Ocean Beach.
Bring your family! The beautiful white, sugar sand beach and crystal clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean are complemented by an Olympic-size freshwater pool, lots of family activities and a ½ mile long boardwalk.
