Start: 8:00am 5K Run/Walk; 9:15am Kids Run; 9:30am Awards Ceremony
Where: Town Hall on Main Street, Windermere, FL
Distances: 5K (3.1 miles) and Kids Fun Run (distance varies by age).
Course: The 5K course is on unpaved, hard packed sand/clay roads and is unlike any you will find in Florida as it meanders along the lakefront under a canopy of ancient oak trees.
Kids Run: The Kids Run is open to children ages 10 and below. All children will be awarded finisher ribbons. The first 100 children to register will also receive a complimentary t-shirt.
Awards: Top three overall finishers, top masters finisher, and the top three finishers in each 10 year age division, male and female will receive awards. All 5K runners will be Chip timed.
Amenities: Chip timing, colorful commemorative T-shirt, complimentary breakfast by Chick-fil-A and Panera Bread, fresh fruit and Livie Natural Spring Water.
Registration: 5K Run: $25 prior through April 8th; $30 April 9 - 13; Race Day - $35
