Course Info:

Swim
300 meter pool "snake" swim (25 meter pool). Entrants’ start one at a time, up and down lane 1, under the lane, repeat in lane 2 until you swim up and down in 6 lanes for a total of 300 meters. Swimmers will start at 10-15 second intervals. Swim caps are not required for pool swim triathlons.
The swim cut-off time is 15 minutes.
Bike
This is a mostly flat loop course with a few rolling sections, taking you through Henrico and Goochland counties on scenic River Road. Police & directional volunteers will be at all major intersections. There is no bottle hand off on the bike.
Run
A flat and fast course on shaded roads through surrounding neighborhoods.
