2012 Hawk Island Triathlon:

  • The Hawk Island Triathlon is gearing up for its 6th year!
  • This is a sprint triathlon organized by the South Lansing Community Development Association and is Michigan's first Certified Green Race.
  • The tri hosts 800 participants, and registration fills up faster every year.

  • The Hawk Island Tri has a beautiful course that runs through local neighborhoods, forests path, and Hawk Island's lake.

  • Counterclockwise from north beach to south beach.

  • Single-circuit loop course on smooth, paved roads through beautiful South Lansing and Michigan State University Farms.

  • Scenic paved path on South Lansing's award-winning river trail.
