2012 Hawk Island Triathlon:

The Hawk Island Triathlon is gearing up for its 6th year!

This is a sprint triathlon organized by the South Lansing Community Development Association and is Michigan's first Certified Green Race.

The tri hosts 800 participants, and registration fills up faster every year.

The Hawk Island Tri has a beautiful course that runs through local neighborhoods, forests path, and Hawk Island's lake.

Counterclockwise from north beach to south beach.

Bike 16k

Single-circuit loop course on smooth, paved roads through beautiful South Lansing and Michigan State University Farms.

Scenic paved path on South Lansing's award-winning river trail.
