Description: A three-hour workshop to help the highly fearful swimmer become more comfortable in the water. Class begins with a discussion of fear in swimming, then moves to a warm water pool for drills.
Instructor: Drew Surinsky has taught swimming for 33 years. He is a Certified Swim and Triathlon Coach and presents frequently on the subject of aquaphobia.
