Tri On the Run Fitness Center would like to wish you a happy and healthy holiday season ! As you make your plans for the 2012 racing season, we hope you will consider joining one of our winter training groups. Please see the details of our 2012 spring long and short course training groups below:
Galveston and Oschner (New Orleans) 70.3 Distance
Our 70.3 distance training program includes a 12 week online training program, USAT coaches and experienced mentor coaches, 4 group workouts per week, weekly indoor spin/run class on our bike trainers, expert swim instruction in the pool and in open water, fully supported long bike rides, seminars on nutrition/ tri gear/ fix-a-flat/ and transitions, FUN…MOTIVATION…FRIENDSHIP…and much more !!!!
Orientation will be Saturday, 1/7/12 at 1 PM, Tri On the Run Fitness Center, 5535 Memorial Drive, 77007 next to Los Cucos Restaurant.
Training begins 1/8/12.
Sprint and Olympic for Kemah Triathlon
