The swim is in the Ocean.
Bike heads south to Lake Como around Lake Como via North Blvd. into Spring Lake, south on 3rd Ave, east on Pitney to Ocean Ave, back north into Belmar and pass transition area to River Ave, left on River Ave, right on 1st Ave back to Ocean Ave, repeat loop one. Finish will be after bike makes 3 loops up to River and ride back to the south to enter T2
Run leaves T2, goes counter clockwise aroung Silver Lake then proceeds south on Ocean Ave,on east side of Ocean Ave and run south into Spring Lake and then return to finish near 5th or 6th Ave in front of transition area.

From North: Take Garden State Pkwy South Partial toll road. Take exit 100B for State Hwy 33 E toward
Bradley Beach/Ocean Grove. Merge onto RT-33 Slight right at W Sylvania Ave (signs for AVON)
Slight left toward Sylvania Ave. Slight right at Sylvania Ave Turn right at Ocean Ave
From East: New Jersey Turnpike North. Take exit 7A to merge onto I-195 E Continue on RT-138 E
Take the ramp onto RT-35. Turn right at 8th Ave/RT-71 Continue to follow 8th Ave
Turn left at N Lake Ave/N Lake Dr. Slight right at 5th Ave
From South: Take Garden State Pkwy North. Take exit 98 for State Hwy 138 E toward Belmar
Continue toward RT-138 E and merge onto RT-138 East. Take the ramp onto RT-35
Turn right at 8th Ave/RT-71 Continue to follow 8th Ave. Turn left at N Lake Ave/N Lake Dr
Slight right at 5th Ave
