2009 XTERRA Branched Oak Lake Triathlon:
General Info: 1k swim, 21k mountain bike, 8k trail run

Course Info:

The Course consists of a 1000m swim, 21k mountain bike and an 8k trail run.
- - - SWIM:
The swim will be a two lap course with a brief 25m run across the bank before starting lap two.
- - -
BIKE:
Once on the bike youll hit a fun climb to make sure your legs get warmed up.
The course is mainly dirt single track filled with winding paths through forrested hillsides.
Dont be fooled, although elevation changes arent staggering for miles on end, the repeated climbing and descending makes the course challenging.
You wont walk away thinking Nebraska is flat any longer.
- - - RUN:
Start running and hope the you have enough gas in the tank to conquer this 5 mile course. [LI]You will have a little respite from the hills as you head across the dam, but rest assured that we saved one of the biggest hills to go up before you hit the finish.
