2012 Jamie's Run 5K:

  • Join us for the third annual running of the JK 5K, 3K Walk and Kid's Fun Run!
  • Families will enjoy a post race celebration with refreshments, kid's activities and music.
    • Course Info:
  • The picturesque 5K (3.1 mile) certified course starts and ends at Cove Park.
  • The course runs through the quaint village of Old Wethersfield, passing historic homes, churches and businesses.

    Other Info:
  • This event celebrates the life of Jamie Lynne Knotts who died in January 2010 of a rare type of liver tumor at the age of 5 ½ months.
  • This race not only honors Jamie, but also the doctors, nurses, and staff at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center who are living angels to the children and families who are currently struggling with cancer and blood disorders.
