The Salem Family YMCA proudly presents their 2nd annual Sprint Triathlon. Located just west of Roanoke in Salem, VA this race is easy to get to from anywhere in the Shenandoah Valley. The race begins with a 300 yard snake swim and after a short run to T1 begins a rolling 15K bike course. After taking in the scenery on the bike athletes will get to explore Salem with an all new, less hilly 2 loop 5K run course. All of this is followed up with great post race food and hospitality you will only find at the YMCA.
Salem is located slightly west of Roanoke and just off I-81.
