2012 Splash, Spin, Sprint Indoor Triathlon:
This event is geared toward all triathletes as a great way to get your feet wet, or as a great tune-up event prior to your regular season.
The event starts with a 275 yard serpentine swim in our indoor, salt-water pool, transitions through the locker rooms to our spin studio for an 8 mile "ride", and finally makes its way to our outdoor track for 2 miles of rolling hills.
The event is supported by local businesses, Wellness Center staff, and the JMU Triathlon Club.
While the event is not sanctioned, it is run by a USA Triathlon Certified Race Director and Coach.
