The Ironman Training Camp is a 3 day program geared for the triathlete looking to prepare and or excel at Ironman Wisconsin.

Learn from the BEST coaches in the sport of triathlon.

This training will have a positive and dramatic effect on your Ironman experience.

This is a perfect opportunity to train on the actual race course, learn endurance training, and racing strategies that you can use in your preparation.

Two weeks prior to the event an agenda will be sent outlining the weekend events.

Course Information:

Fee is $250 which includes:

Group lectures and one-on-one training;

training sessions in swimming, cycling, and running;

video taping/analyses of run to take home;

technique evaluation and correction;

actual course training swims, rides, and runs; meals from Friday evening to Sunday lunch;

Gatorade, fruit, snacks and energy bars provided during the weekend;

Free entry into a MSE triathlon or duathlon of your choice, great giveaways;

and all printed material, maps, and workbook.

Directions:

Take Hwy 12/18 (west). Exit Hwy 151 towards Verona (south). Exit Hwy 69/Paoli St. (right turn). Park will be on corner of Paoli St and Bruce St.
