2012 Panther Prowl Sprint Triathlon:
The Panther Prowl is one of four events in Lenoir City. Endurance Sports Management thanks the City of Lenoir City,
Lenoir City Schools and the Lenoir City Police Department for their assistance and help in bringing these events to Lenoir City residence and the visitors of Loudon County.

Swim:
The swim will be a "time trial" start with fastest swimmers going first.
Each swimmer will do six (6) lengths of the pool.
Bike:
The bike course is also an out and back on rural roads within Lenoir City and Loudon County.
Terrain is mainly flat and fast. No aid stations on bike.
Run
The run course uses the Lenoir City Greenway for the out and back 4K run.
Aid stations will be passed each mile of this rolling course.

RACE LOCATION:
The Lenoir City Pool is located at 120 Panther Drive, Lenoir City, TN 37771.
Tentative parking will be at the Lenoir City High School at the corner of Harrison Avenue & old Hwy. 95.
Please walk to Kirk Avenue and follow to pool area.
Bring Photo ID.
Directions:
I-75 to exit 81- Lenoir City, towards Maryville.
RIGHT turn at first light (Shoney’s) onto Adesa Dr., to Stop Sigh at old Hwy. 95.
LEFT, just over 1 mile to Lenoir City High School at Harrison Avenue.
Park & walk to Kirk Avenue, then to Pool Area.
