2012 Legacy Duathlon:
- Great start of season Duathlon.
- Similar to a triathlon the Legacy Duathlon is a Run, Bike, Run course on the Legacy Parkway Trail System.
- It is a great way to get tuned up for the 2012 triathlon season or to do your first multisport event like a triathlon.
Course Information:
Long Course
- Run 3.1 Miles (Out and Back)
- Bike 22.4 Miles (Out and Back)
- Run 3.1 Miles (Out and Back)
- Description: This course is extremely flat and fairly straight. The long course run passes the Jordan River and the bike passes Bountiful Lake.
Short Course
- Run 1.55 Miles (Out and Back)
- Bike 11.2 Miles (Out and Back)
- Run 1.55 Miles (Out and Back)
- Description: This course is extremely flat and fairly straight. The bike passes Bountiful Lake.
Directions:
- Enter Redwood Road from I-215 on the north exit and go North to Center Street in North Salt Lake, Utah at the Maverik and go West, just prior to the over pass hang a right to enter Life Line.
- You can also access Redwood Road from Legacy Parkway at 500 South and go East or 500 South in Bountiful and go West.
- Remember once you hit Redwood Road here go South to Center Street in North Salt Lake, Utah at the Maverik and go West, just prior to the over pass hang a right to enter Life Line.
