You’ll also enjoy epic rides with a variety of great climbing in the surrounding mountains and fast flats out onto the scenic Anza Borrego Desert floor!
  • There are great trails to run and the opportunity for a gait evaluation. There is also a regular “cold” pool to keep up some swim workouts and get help with swim technique.
  • Your personal coach for the camps, Kevin Swanson, has a doctorate in physical therapy and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist. He will prepare you for a healthy and successful season. You will also benefit from mental skills training workshops by special guest Michael Madison, Ph.D. If you are a multi-sport athlete not much can top this experience for kicking off your season!
