Longest running triathlon in Continental United States!
Course Information:
- 500 yard swim = 20 lengths.
- Water temperature is approximately 83 degrees.
- No wet suits. Caps will be provided. (you may also bring your own.)

- The bike course a three loop course around the surrounding neighborhood.
- ANSI or SNELL approved helmets must be strapped onto your head prior to exiting the transition area.
- Drafting is not allowed.

- The run course is primarily on city streets and pathways.
- The streets are open to traffic and runners are asked to stay on the right hand side of the road.
- Aid stations will be approximately every mile.

Directions:
- Longmont is in northern Colorado, 31 miles north of Denver.

- From I-25, exit 240, right on 3rd Ave, right on Alpine St - (1201 Alpine St. On the Corner of Alpine St. and Mountain View).
