A single loop swim in pristine Lake Arrowhead gets athletes ready for the 41km bike on paved roads through the woods and farms of the Shenandoah Valley. The 10K is a 2x out and back with rolling hills and all on the roads of Page County.

Now in its 7th year, the Luray International Triathlon is set in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains near the beautiful town of Luray.

Swim 1500 Meters, Bike 41K, Run 10K:
- Single loop 1.5K swim in Lake Arrowhead.
- 41K bike on scenic, yet challenging paved roads.
- Out and back 10K on rolling hills on paved roads of Page County.
