The Great Floridian features a challenging 140.6 mile ultra-distance course, along with a 2K-62K-15K Intermediate distance race and the Floridian Sprint Triathlon. The GFT also offers two Aqua-Bike distances, an Intermediate distance duathlon, relay team competition, and a 15K run.
Eligibility:
Entry in the Great Floridian Ultra-distance Triathlon is open to individuals 18 years of age or older and two or three person relay teams. The Great Floridian Triathlon is an event designed for experienced triathletes only. The right to accept or reject any entry is reserved. Please be aware that there are several cut-off times during the event that all participants must adhere to. Failure to meet cut-off times will result in disqualification and removal from the course.
The minimum age for entry in the 2K-62K-15K Intermediate Course Event is 15.
The minimum age for the Sprint Triathlon is 8
USA Triathlon:
The Great Floridian Triathlon is sanctioned by USA Triathlon. All participants must be a current member of USAT and show proof or membership or purchase a one-year or one-day license at check-in. All established USAT rules will be in effect and will be strictly enforced.

Clermont Waterfront Park, Clermont, Florida. Clermont is centrally located just 22 miles west of Orlando at the junction of US 27 and SR 50. Major Orlando tourist attractions are only 30 minutes away and the ocean beaches are just an hour away. Orlando International Airport is 40 minutes southeast of Clermont.
