2012 Homewood-Flossmoor Indoor Triathlon:
- Swim in a 25 yard pool, Bike on Keiser Spin Bikes, Run on LifeFitness Treadmills.
- Awards to top 3 Overall Male/Female, and top 3 in each age group.
- Special awards will be given to athlete with furthest distance in each component (Swim/Bike/Run) for Males/Females.
- -Event will be held on Friday, February 24 - Saturday, February 25
Course Information:
Swim:- The swim portion (10:00) will be done in 25 yard Indoor Pool.
- Distance will be recorded to nearest 12 lap.
T-1: - There will be a 10:00 transition before bike portion.
Bike: - The bike portion (20:00) will be on LifeFitness Upright Stationary Cyles.
- Resistance will factor into distance.
- Distance will be recorded to the nearest tenth of a mile..
T-2: - There will be a 5:00 transition before run portion.
Run: - The run portion (15:00) will be done on LifeFitness Treadmills.
- Distance will be recorded to nearest tenth of a mile.
