2012 Lookout Mountain Triathlon:

  • Brand new venue! Capture the mountain scenery that you wont find at any other metro Denver event.
  • A challenging sprint triathlon featuring a 500 meter swim at the amazing pool facility in Mt Vernon Country Club atop Lookout Mountain.
  • The 10 mile bike course is challenging with some tough climbs and fun descents and a rolling 5k run on dirt roads under the pines.
  • An amazing post-race breakfast follows the event catered by Mt Vernon Country Club you wont find better post race food anywhere!

    • Course Information:


  • Start with a 525 yard pool swim at the amazing aquatic facility located within the Mount Vernon Country Club atop Lookout Mountain in Golden.
  • Followed by a challenging 10 mile bike course that features some good climbs and fast descents as you travel the well maintained paved roadways on top of Lookout Mountain.
  • Finish with a rolling 5K run on dirt roads, entirely within the Country Club property.
