By learning the key principles of relaxation, buoyancy, balance, streamlining and propulsion, and the correct way to practice these, you will acquire the tools to continually improve your technique, training, and enjoyment of the water. It is taught in a step by step process where each skill taught builds off the previous skill. Clients learn to swim without having to fight the principles of water such as drag and friction. Without having to fight these principles the client swims faster and more efficiently. This workshop is gear primarily to the Triathlete looking to make their swim more of a pleasure and less of a struggle.
