DISTANCES
Ages 3 - 6 : 50 ft. swim | ½ mile bike | 1/8 mile run
Ages 7 -10: 100 ft. swim | 1 mile bike | ¼ mile run
Ages 11-12: 400 ft. swim | 2 mile bike | ½ mile run

Directions:

Paradise Park - Just north of the Twin Cities.
From the Twin Cities, take 35W or 35E north to I-35.
Exit 132 east onto Hwy 8 (10 miles) to Chisago City.
In Chisago City turn right on Old Town Rd. and left on Stinson Ave.
