  • This sprint distance event consists of a pool swim, a fun & challenging bike course, & a run that winds through local neighborhoods.

    Sprint Triathlon: 350 meter pool swim 12 mile bike (2 loops) 5k run
  • The race starts with a 300 meter long pool swim.
  • Followed by a fun, challenging, and well-marked bike course staffed with helpful volunteers.
  • The run winds through local neighborhood streets and sidewalks, with some rolling hills to keep things interesting.
