A great "first time" triathlon - as competitive as you want to make it.

All ages and abilities welcome.

Course Information:

Swim 800 yards (16 laps) in a 25 yard pool - two people to a lane.

Biking and running legs are on the same out-and-back course. Paved roads and controlled traffic.

Directions:

The triathlon begins in the Highland Center Pool on the campus of Minnesota State University.

Mankato is 85 miles southwest of the Twin Cities.

Other Info:

All participants must wear a bike helmet.

First aid and minimal bike maintenance will be available on the course.
