The 7th Annual Green Bay Triathlon and Kid's Triathlon is designed for
those who want a kick start to the triathlon season. It features a
man-made lake in Ashwaubomay Park that is perfect for first-time
triathlete.

Information3Event starts and finishes at Ashwaubomay Park. Each age
group has very achievable distances. The swim course is parallel to the
shore and never over waist deep. Swim caps are OPTIONAL. Helmets are
MANDATORY.
All kids receive a t-shirt, goody bag, finishers' medal, food and fun
after their event! Awards to the top 3 male and female winners for each

mile bike , 3.1 mile run;
Olympic: 1/2 mile swim, 28 mile Bike, 6.2 mile runSwim Course6The swim
is in the man-made Ashwaubomay Lake. The water is very shallow. Plenty
of buoys along the course for sighting and to rest on if needed. Large
& colorful balloon arch at the swim finish. Wetsuits may be worn.
Swim caps are MANDATORY and will be provided by Midwest Sports Events.

Course7The bike course heads out of the park going west and travels
through Green Bay, De Pere, Ashwaubenon and Hobart. Roads are paved and
in great condition! Every 5th mile and every turn on the bike courses
are marked with large signage.

Course8The run begins in Ashwaubomay Park and heads out continuing
north on Broadway along the Fox River. It is an out and back, flat
course with a water and Gatorade station. Every mile and every turn on
the run course is marked with large signage.

Courses9Both courses follow the run courses for the
triathlon.Awards10Midwest Sports Events prides themselves with unique
awards! Overall awards to the top female and male winners and age group
winners in the following 5 year age categories: 14 & under to 95
plus. Awards to the top 3 relay teams and Athena & Clydesdale. Part
of the 5-STAR Series.Midwest Sports Events Amenities11All participants
receive a dri wick shirt, goody bag, swim cap, chip timing and plenty of
entertainment! Post event buffet complete with pancakes and healthy

RACE FEE TRANSFER There will be NO TRANSFER OF FEES from one race to another
