- The Sprint Triathlon is a 750 meter swim, 15K bike, 5K run in scenic, rural Pine Hollow. The Pumice Man is an "Aussie Double" triathlon, which is a swim, bike, run, swim, bike, run.
- Both races start together, but instead of running through the finish, the Pumice Man participants run to the water to do all three legs a second time.
Day-of-Race Reg $80 for the Sprint, $90 for the Pumice Man. - No registration June 2
