Course Information:
Start with a 300 yard serpentine swim in Rec Center 6-lane pool, followed by 8.4-mile two-lap bike ride around the palm-lined quiet, minimally trafficked streets of picturesque Litchfield Park; finish with an easy 2-mile jaunt through surrounding subdivisions and pathways, finishing back at the Rec Center.
