Intensive small group instruction on the more subtle aspects of freestyle that will improve swimming speed including hand placement, posture and the 2 beat kick. This class is perfect for graduates of the Freestyle Improvement Workshop or for athletes that have done a few races and want to get faster. Fee includes 3 hours of instruction, video analysis, personal improvement prescription and a 12 week triathlon training plan.
Participants should be able to swim 500M easily without stopping. If you are not able to do this you should take the Freestyle Improvement Workshop first.

Instructor Ingrid Loos Miller is a USAT Level 1 Coach and author of several Ironman Series books including "Fearless Swimming for Triathletes (Meyer & Meyer 2011)".
