Age 9-10: ½ mile run, 1 mile bike, ½ mile run
Age 7-8: ¼ mile run, 1 mile bike, ¼ mile run
Age 5-6: ¼ mile run ½ mile bike ¼ mile run
Age 3-4: 50 ft. run, 500 ft. bike, 50 ft. run
