500 Meter Swim - will be held in the waters of Smith Lake.
20 K Bike - (12.4 miles) is a mostly flat out and back course with a few rolling hills.
5 K Run - (3.1 miles) is an off-road course on the trails around the perimeter of Smith Lake.
