2012 Benbrook Sprint Triathlon:

  • The best pool swim sprint west of the metroplex - come join us for a fun, early season race benefiting the Benbrook Community Center YMCA with Trident and Playtri Racing!
  • Swim in the YMCA's indoor pool, then bike and run the rolling hills of Holiday Park with all of your Fort Worth tri buddies.
  • A great first-timer event and a great training race for more seasoned athletes.

  • The swim will be in a 25 yard indoor pool.
  • The bike is on country roads with rolling hills. Each major intersection will be traffic controlled.
  • The run course is a 3.1 mile run along the north shore of Benbrook Lake. Aid stations will be located approximately every 1 mile. Each aid station is equipped with water and Gatorade.
