    • Course Information:

  • Racers will swim in the Wantagh Park pool starting in a time trial format and snake swimming.
  • Follwing the swim will be a 2 loop run for 2 miles.

    • Other Info:

  • The Aquathlon provides a good speed workout for experienced mutlisport athletes and also offers and introduction to multisport for the newer athlete.
