The Mid-Summer Triathlon & Duathlon is part of a two-day event that includes The All Womens Triathlon/Duathlon and Kids Splash Pedal-n-Dash on Saturday, August 1st. Both days will consist of a festival of events including a Sport & Fitness Expo, music, BBQ brunch, prizes, and most of all fun and camaraderie.

Blue Lake Park is located 15 miles east of downtown Portland, OR. Take I-84 east to the Fairview Exit (exit #14). Follow the signs to Blue Lake Park.
