2009 High Cliff Triathlon:
All participants receive a DRI WICK T-SHIRT, logoed swim cap, goody bag, chip timing, food and fun after the event.
Water and Gatorade stations on the Half run and bike courses.
Sprint course will have water and Gatorade stations on the run course.
Bike racks will have your race number and wave you start in.
Each mile on the run courses will be marked.
All courses will have highly visible signage for each turn.
The long bike course will have aid stations and bottle exchanges.
The long run course will have aid stations with Hammer Gel and carbs.
Requests for first wave placement must be in two weeks prior to the event.
There will be no first wave placement if you register the weekend of the event. The wave you are in is based on a first come first serve basis.

Course Information:
Swim
The swim is in Lake Winnebago along a unique and panoramic shoreline; starting and finishing at the beach.
Plenty of buoys will be available to rest if needed and as a guide for the finish point.
Large balloon arch to sight for the swim finish.

Both courses head out of the park climbing High Cliff. High Cliff is the signature of the event.
The course continues up Tower Drive with a few undulating hills.
The long course heads down scenic Lake Shore Drive which is very well groomed and flat.
The sprint course begins the same as the long course then heads east on flat Faro Springs.

The run courses go through a very scenic park area including up the hill for a beautiful overview of the Lake Winnebago shoreline.
The short course cuts off at a trail and heads down High Cliff to the finish.
The long course is a double loop and also heads down High Cliff to the finish.

Directions:
FROM THE SOUTH:
Take WI-125 east towards S State Street.
Turn right onto S Appleton Street.
S Appleton Street becomes S Oneida Street, and then turns into US-10 E. Turn right onto State Park Road.
- - - FROM THE NORTH:
Take US-41 S until you reach exit 150 toward Kaukauna.
Turn left onto CR-55, this will become Stommel then Golf Course Rd.
Turn right onto State Park Road.

Awards will be given to the first overall female and male winners.
Age group awards will be given to the top 3 male and female in 5 year increments: 15 and under, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+
Medals are awarded to the Half finishers.
Awards to the top overall 3 relay teams and Athena and Clydesdale.
Athena and Clydesdale division is scored separately from age groups and is optional to enter.
Athena is female 150lbs+ and Clydesdale is male 200lbs+
