NEW RACE THIS YEAR:
At 7:30 AM, 65 swimmers will do an "adventure swim". This will be sprint distance in length.
Followed by a 40K (24.8 mile road bike) then a 3 mile trail run to the summit of Mt. Agamenticus.

The traditional kayak race will take place at 8AM.
This is a 2 mile flat water kayak followed by a 40K road bike and a 3 mile trail run to the summit of Mt. Agamenticus.

This is a safe, kayak/lifeguard monitored swim but it is in water with current.
You should not enter this race unless you have competed in an olympic distance swim of 1 mile or more or have come in the top 1/3 of the pack in a sprint distance swim.
The swim will be described race day morning, but be prepared as this will be "non-traditional" with possible exits and entrys out of the water during the race.
