This two-day event includes four International Distance Triathlons on Saturday, May 16, 2009 and one International Distance Triathlon on Sunday, May 17, 2009.

The Juniors and Elites race on Saturday, May 16, 2009.
The Juniors (16-19 years old) race a 750m swim, 20K bike and a 5K run.
The Elites race a 1500m swim, 40K bkie and a 10K run (International Distance).
All four races are ITU draft legal races and the Elite race is a points race and the Pan American Triathlon Confederation (PATCO) Championship.
- - - The Age Group race is on Sunday May 17, 2009.
Sundays Race (International distance) is not draft legal.
