Course Information:

Swim: 300 meters

Every 12 seconds two participants will enter the water in the outside lanes.

The participants will then complete one lap (2 lengths of the pool) in the first lane, and then continue in the next adjacent lane, for a total of 6 lengths (300 meters) and finish in the center of the pool.

Bike: 12.4 miles

The bike course will consist of a two-loop course utilizing road shoulders and will be open to vehicle traffic.

After you complete the first loop of the bike course, you will continue to do a second loop of the same course. Participants will NOT be allowed to ride two or three abreast and may be disqualified by USA Triathlon officials for doing so.

Run: 3 miles

The run course will consist of a single 3-mile loop course utilizing paved city streets or sidewalks.
