Course Information:

The swim will be in the ocean and will go with the current.

The bike course includes over six miles of scenic Ocean Boulivard, a ride along the marsh in Cherry Grove, and a section of Ocean Drive on Main Street, the "Home of Beach Music".

The run is 3.1 miles.
