2011 Dog Days Triathlon:

  • Open to individuals and teams age 9 and over.

    • Course Information:


  • The 3 mile run starts at the Luick Memorial Swimming Pool. It incorporates part of Belmond's beautiful biking and walking trail and brings you back to the pool. There are water stations every mile.
  • The 10 mile, slightly hilly, bike takes you southeast of Belmond on a blacktop road and loops you back to the pool.
  • The swim consists of 4 lengths of the pool, approximately 150 meters.
