- The bike and run are a flat fast course through the neighbor hoods of bucolic Medford, NJ.
- Go to mapmyride.com, find a ride, Medford,NJ, and search for Birchwood Fourth tri switick for the bike course.
- After the race hang out at the lake an old fashion family BBQ.
Course Information:
Swim 12 mile, Bike 13.5 miles, Run 5K:
- Fresh water lake swim.
- The bike course will be marshaled. It is an open to traffic course, so all traffic laws and regs. need to be followed.
- The bike and run are a flat fast course through the neighbor hoods of Medford.
Directions:
- The venue is off Rt 541 in Medford, NJ.
- About 22 miles from Center City Philadelphia and about 90 miles fro NYC and Baltimore.
- Easily accessable form the NJ Turnpike and Interstate 295.

Parking: - Parking will be off site at St Mary of the Lakes RC Church on Jackson Rd. Medford, NJ 08055.
- Follow the signs BLCC Du/Tri Parking. Its about 1/2 mile from the transition.
- Please do not park in the neighborhood. The Medford Police have asked us not to allow parking on the stree
