2014 CajunMan Triathlon:

17th anniversary of the CajunMan Triathlon.

Field Limit of 500.

Race has sold out the last 12 years.

Course Information:

Swim:

The CajunMan Triathlon begins at Airport Lake with a 12 mile swim.

The swim course is 800 meters and is a point-to-point swim.

The swim start is adjacent to the transition area.

Bike:

Competitors then race down scenic Bayou Tortue Road for a 20 mile bike.

The bike course consists of a mostly flat route with some rolling hills and challenging turns.

Run:

Leaving the bike/run transition, competitors will complete the triathlon with a flat 3.1 mile run on the airport grounds.

Directions:

Lafayette is in southern Louisiana, 24 miles south of Opelousas. - - -

The race site is located off Hwy. 90 South (S.E. Evangeline Thruway) directly behind the Cypress Tree Inn, adjacent to the Lafayette Regional Airport.
