600 meter open water swim. Time trail start with chip timing.
Out & back 13 mile bike course with some rolling hills.
3.1 mile flat running course.

DIRECTIONS TO RACE
From CO. take I-25 North to Cheyenne, WY. Stay on I-25 & take Central Ave exit heading east.
Stay in right lane for about 1/2 mile.
Turn right on Kennedy. (If you come to 3 way intersection, you just missed Kennedy.)
Stay on Kennedy for 1 block, then turn left on Carey.
Stay on Carey for 1/4 mile and turn left on South Lions Park Drive.
