- Flat and fast Super sprint course with a youth Triathlon race immediately following.
- Medals to all finishers and t-shirts guaranteed if registered by July 18th.
Course Information:
- Swim Course: 150 meter Snake swim in pool; please give accurate estimate on your swim time when registering for proper seeding and a smooth swim
- Bike Course: 2 loop, 12.4 miles on very little rolling terrain; traffic controlled by law enforcement; please obey traffic officers and traffic rules for safety.
- Run Course: 3 miles flat and fast! 2 aid stations.

- Adult Awards: Top 3 overall M/F; Top 3 Masters M/F (40 or older); Top 3 M/F in the following age groups: 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65+
