2011 Monroe YMCA Outdoor Triathlon:

The outdoor Triathlon is the perfect event for firsttime tri athletes.

Its also a great workout for seasoned tri athletes ending their triathlon season.

Individuals will swim 300 yards , bike 11 miles and run a 4k , and each participant (or team) will receive a score based on total time relative to other participants.

Fee: $20 members, $25 non-members, $25 teams

Course Information:

Swim 300 yards in the Monre YMCA pool.

Bike 11 miles to Raisenville School and back.

Run 2.5 miles on the bike path and finish in the back yard.
