2011 Tri To Help Indoor Triathlon - DC:

Tri To Help Indoor Triathlon For Epilepsy is an off-season National Indoor Triathlon. Seasoned triathletes and first-timers compete to raise the most sponsors for this worthy cause which funds epilepsy research.

All proceeds raised at this event are going to the Johns Hopkins Pediatric Epilepsy Center.

Course Information:

Sprint Indoor Triathlon Course:
10-minute swim in lap pool
10-minute transition (swim to bike)
30-minute bike
5-minute transition (bike to run)
20-minute treadmill run
